How To Deposit

The button below will take you to our deposit portal.

MAKE DEPOSIT NOW

You’ll need a few things:

Address of the property you are purchasing (Alpha-numeric only - no special characters)
Your bank account details (Account must allow ACH)
The name of your Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties sales agent

Instructions

Click the MAKE DEPOSIT NOW button above to enter the payment portal.
You will be taken to the payment details page
Enter buyer’s name and email address.
Enter the Property Address.
Enter the Agent Name.
Enter the amount of payment in the Earnest Money Payment field.
Click the Continue to Payment button link.

In the Complete Payment pop-up window, add buyer’s bank account information
Click the Pay button box then click the Enter Account button to return to the Home page.
A confirmation screen will display, you can now log out.
A confirmation email will also be sent to you.
